• 40 years of labor relations consulting experience, working with teachers and education support staff in Lorain, Erie, and Huron Counties
• Extensively trained in both traditional and modern collaborative techniques for resolving disputes in the labor relations arena
• Earned Masters degree in Mathematics with additional hours in educational administration and computer science
• Previously worked in every school district in Lorain and Erie Counties, as well as the Western Reserve Teachers Association in Huron County
